We are looking for an IoT Support Specialist for our Service Operations Center

Role and main tasks
As an IoT Support Specialist, you will work to monitor the stability of our platforms and services and have close contact with our customers when supporting them with incidents and requests.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Technical customer support 24/7
- Monitoring of our core and international traffic
- Customer contact with technical troubleshooting
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Change management
- Reporting and follow-up of relevant KPIs
- Documentation of routines and processes
You will coordinate work throughout the company and have direct contact with manufacturers and suppliers. The role reports to the Head of Service Operation Center and is located in our office in Karlskrona.
As we serve customers all over the world 24/7, you will work daytime, evenings, nights and weekends on a rolling shift schedule. The shift schedule is an 8-week rotation, with 4 of those weeks being regular daytime hours Monday through Friday, of which 1 week is an on-call, and four weeks of three-shift work.
The Team
The Service Operations Center is highly valued by both customers and colleagues. The team currently consists of 12 employees with varying roles, all of whom are fully dedicated to supporting our customers by ensuring a world-class support experience.
The team works very well together, and you will be part of an ambitious yet relaxed group of professionals, helping you grow in your role.
Requirements and skills:
- Technical understanding
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and in writing
- During on-call duty, one must be able to arrive on site within one hour
Meritorious:
- Work experience from a similar role in Telecom, IT and troubleshooting
- Experience of IoT, Internet of Things
- Experience with APIs and SQL
- Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing principles.
